What isn't included in your list price?
1. Mileage for moves exceeding 30 miles. If your move distance exceeds 30 miles, we charge a flat mileage rate at $1.15 per mile and use Google Maps to calculate the distance traveled.

2. Garage / Barn / Shed contents. As these structures often contain their own contents, we will add the square footage of the structure to your home square footage to provide you with an updated hourly rate. This is done to ensure we bring the appropriate manpower and trucks to complete your move efficiently.

3. Specialty Items such as: Pool Tables, Gun Safes, Riding Lawn Equipment, Pianos, and Antique Furniture. We charge separately for these items as they require additional care and attention.

When scheduling your move, we will work with you to identify if of the above conditions exist and provide you with an updated price. That way there are no surprises on the big day.
How far can you move me?
If your entire move is within 100 miles of our HQ in Waxahachie, we can move you!

We are focused on being the best local mover in Ellis County. We are happy to recommend a long distance mover if you need one.

Please note: for moves that end outside of Ellis County, we kindly ask to be compensated until our team reaches the county line on their way home.
Do you have a minimum?
Yes, we have a three hour minimum. Virtually all home moves, including apartment moves, take at least three hours to complete.

If you only need a couple pieces of furniture moved, we will happily help you; however, it may be more cost effective for you to tap your community for help.
What size truck is included?
We use 26-foot trucks on all of our moves by default. One 26-foot truck typically holds the contents of a moderately furnished, 2000 sqft. home.
Do you own your own trucks?
Yes we do!​ We also partner with Penske to rent additional trucks if any are needed for your move.
Why should I choose you?
In the moving business there are non-negotiables traits like dependability, attention to detail, and punctuality. After your move, our Owner / Operator will personally deliver flowers to your new home and ensure we hit these marks.
In addition to those traits, the business and money you bring to the table will go back into the community - not to a large corporation outside of it. Please make sure to ask us how.

Most importantly, we are Christians and we operate like it.
Do you charge a deposit?
We do not charge a deposit.
​
Some moving companies will warn that without a deposit, nothing is to stop your mover from no-showing you the day of. This type of behavior could not be further from our values. If you are trusting us with your business, you should not have to pay us a deposit to ensure we keep up our end of the bargain.

Are you Licensed and Insured?
We are fully insured. We carry general liability insurance for our employees and your home, cargo insurance for your possessions, and auto insurance for the trucks we use.

As of May 2025, we are in the process of registering our fleet with USDOT and TxDMV and expect to be fully licensed in the coming weeks!

What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly request you let us know as soon as you become aware of changes that may be made to your reservation.
We understand life is full of change and do not charge penalties for cancellations; however, we would appreciate you keeping us in mind as your circumstances change.
